Karate

Arashi-Do offers several different karate programs to suit a variety of ages and skill levels. From our Little Dragons progam for young children to our advanced Adult Karate classes, you are sure to find something that suits your needs. Our qualified instructors teach programs that emphasize personal development as well as physical fitness and self defense training in a safe, fun, and professional atmosphere.

Little Dragons (Ages 4-7)

Our acclaimed children's karate programs emphasize personal development as well as physical fitness and self defense training practiced in a safe, fun, professional atmosphere.

This introductory program is a terrific starting point for young students. Little Dragons develop concentration, physical skills and a positive attitude while learning basic karate techniques.

 

 

Children's Beginners Program (Ages 8-14)

Our acclaimed Children’s Karate program emphasises personal skill development such as balance, coordination, flexibility and agility, as well as physical fitness and self-defence training. Our programs will “Bully Proof” your child, while developing self-confidence, concentration, and self-discipline, in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

Black Belt Club

In our children's Black Belt Club, advanced karate students will have the privilege of learning traditional martial arts weapons and advanced self defense techniques as well as competing for a place on our demonstration/leadership teams.

Adult Karate (Ages 15+)

Practical self-defence taught in a progressive, scientific manner. This program emphasises overall physical fitness, as well as developing a “ Positive Mindset”, in classes that are challenging enough to be interesting, and in an environment that is always enjoyable.
