Arashi-Do AGM / Instructors Conference

Who: All School owners are required to come. Main Instructors, school front end managers, and Assistant instructors are encouraged to come as well as this will be a very motivating weekend, but should definately at least come on Sunday. There will also be families of the instructors coming along for the weekend.
What: Arashi-Do's Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Instructors Conference
When: July 10 + 11, 2010
A full agenda of discussion topics, times and scheduling will be given to you upon your arrival.
Brief schedule:
Arrive and check in Friday night or 8:30am Saturday July 10, 2010.
Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm, Evening Group Dinner and Group social events
Sunday, 9:00am-2:00pm
Where: Red Deer, AB. Hotel TBA soon. We are presently confirming the best location and price. We will be using a conference room for physical sessions, and a board room for our discussions and meetings.
Cost: Will be determinded as soon as the Hotel and confirmed. But will be approximately $175-$200.
Why: This will be one of, if not, the most important meeting we have had in the past ten years. It will act as a team building opportunity for all our schools staff, and be a great chance to train and learn from our original instructors.
We will be covering the MANDATORY systemizing of policies, procedures and curriculum.
As well, we will be going through great material from Advertising and Marketing, Administrative, as well as Technical discussions and hands on work, so bring your training uniforms, as well as your boardroom meeting clothes.
This AGM / Instructors Conference will give you great ideas on new programs, how to improve the programs you already have running, and increase your student base. You will go home inspired, motivated and re-charged.
